InsurIntel Terms of Use Effective: 9/1/2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of InsurIntel, including insursuccessintel.com, the demo, and all related services (the "Service"), operated by InsurSuccess, LLC ("InsurIntel," "we," "us"). By creating an account, checking the acceptance box, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service for an agency or company, you agree on its behalf and confirm you have authority to do so.

1. Who may use the Service

The Service is a professional research tool for licensed insurance agents, agencies, field marketing organizations and their staff. You must be at least 18 and, where we ask for it, provide a valid National Producer Number (NPN). We may verify your information and refuse or end access at our discretion, including to competitors of InsurIntel.

2. Your account

You must give accurate information and keep it current. Keep your login private. Accounts are for one named person; do not share credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at compliance@insursuccess.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Demo access

Demo access is a free, limited evaluation. Demo data, including agents, members and books of business, is fictional or sample data. Demo access may be limited in features, geography or time, and we may change or end it at any time. If you unsubscribe from our demo communications, demo access ends. Demo access grants no license beyond personal evaluation.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor (Stripe) on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable, including for partial periods. Promotional pricing applies only for the stated terms and deadline. We will give at least 30 days' notice of price changes for renewals. Late or unpaid fees may result in suspension of your account.
