This Privacy Policy explains how InsurSuccess, LLC ("InsurIntel," "we," "us") collects, uses and shares information when you use insursuccessintel.com, the demo and related services (the "Service"). The Service is built for licensed insurance professionals, not consumers.
1. Information we collect

We do not collect or store full payment card numbers; Stripe processes payments. We do not ask for Social Security numbers or Medicare Beneficiary Identifiers.
2. How we use information
- Provide, secure and support the Service, including sign-in and access controls.
- Verify that users are licensed insurance professionals.
- Process payments and manage subscriptions.
- Send service messages, such as sign-in links, alerts, billing notices and changes to our terms.
- Send product updates and marketing, which you can opt out of anytime.
- Detect, prevent and investigate fraud, abuse and security incidents.
- Understand usage and improve the Service.
- Comply with law and enforce our Terms.
3. Customer Data you upload
Customer Data belongs to you or your agency. We process it only to provide the Service to you and your agency, and at your direction. If your Customer Data includes information about your clients, you are responsible for having the right to share it with us. Within an agency account, agency owners or administrators may have access to and control over your data.
